The Population Health Research Institute (PHRI) has engaged with Mohawk College Enterprise (MCE) since 2016 to develop the leadership skills of our emerging and existing leaders. The Future Ready Leadership program has by far been the best leadership development program for our organization. In 2021, after 3 multidisciplinary cohorts (held either virtually or in-person), 60 graduates of which 20 have been promoted internally, MCE’s Future Ready Leadership program has strengthened our teams and prepared our people to move into more senior and leadership positions. We will continue to work with MCE to develop our people and grow our organization.
Our group thoroughly enjoyed the Communications training yesterday. Bob turned what could have been a very long training day into a day of excellent training. He kept everyone involved, relayed real-world stories and scenarios he had experienced to the group and most of all made the training entertaining. What a great facilitator.
