MCE offers a wide range of courses and programs to suit your needs. Don’t see what you need here? Call us and we’d be happy to put a course together specifically for your organization.

Look for the following symbols, displayed on each of the course descriptions below, to find out who the recommended target audience is for each course.

Frontline workers include individuals who either serve customers or work behind the scenes in any sector such as hospitality or manufacturing. Courses for Frontline Workers are highly interactive with tools to develop and practice important interpersonal skills such as communications, dealing with others, identifying challenges and finding solutions.

Emerging Leaders are defined as those individuals either new to a supervisory/management position, those who may have experience but no formal leadership training and those identified as high performance non-management employees. These courses will introduce and build upon leadership competencies using theory, practical application and experiential teambuilding activities.

Experienced Leaders will take their advanced position in Leadership to a more complex and challenging level by participating in our courses designed with them in mind. New methodologies, models and experiential opportunities will educate and test the most experienced leader.

Courses requiring certification are either mandatory for industry or optional for career progression. Each certification course is designed to reflect leadership challenges faced by a particular industry, facilitated by experienced industry experts.

Our technology portfolio is designed to focus on the changing trends in the workplace and help companies establish a “Beyond the Workstation” team environment.
