Time Management Mastery is a course for all levels of leadership looking to increase their performance at work with time management techniques. 


In this one-day course, participants will increase their performance at work by introducing time management techniques and providing an opportunity to apply them in the learning environment.

Participants will assess their personal deficiencies and learn how to stop procrastination and other time wasters and learn how managing stress is essential for managing time.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to;

  1. Utilize time management strategies to be more effective and efficient on the job.
  2. Identify personal time-wasters and describe how to maintain focus.
  3. Describe different ways to manage email and use a calendar to schedule tasks.
  4. Articulate the importance of managing stress to improve personal productivity.
