The MCE Short Series was designed to bring attention to three areas of leadership that require recognition, development, and commitment - Implicit Biases & Behaviours, Emotional Intelligence, and Inclusive Leadership - in an easy to digest virtual format. This series works well together or modular. It is important to realize the relationship between the 3 disciplines, however, those leaders requiring a specific discipline can target any number of MCE Short Series offerings.

The MCE Short Series are hour-long, virtual workshops. All workshops are interactive, using smart technology to keep participants engaged with the facilitator and other participants. The result is improved retention of knowledge and practical application in your everyday life.

In this virtual workshop, you will explore powerful strategies to mitigate implicit biases and promote a workplace that is inclusive, engaging, and empathetic. You will learn about the practical ways to use and apply different frameworks including neuroscience research to develop and enhance inclusive leadership.
