The MCE Seasonal Series is a 3x a year series of timely content that reflects changes in Leadership development. As with the seasons, the environment for Leadership growth is an evolving one that creates a reason for a leader to invest in the latest developmental training or to invigorate a specific set of skills.
This series works well together or modular. Each 'season' (Summer, Fall, Winter) offers 3 workshops, once a month. It is important to realize the relationship between the 3 workshops, however, those leaders requiring a specific discipline can target any number of MCE Seasonal Series offerings.
The MCE Seasonal Series are full-day, virtual workshops. All workshops are interactive, using smart technology to keep participants engaged with the facilitator and other participants. The result is improved retention of knowledge and practical application in your everyday life.
In these interactive sessions, participants will increase their performance at work by learning time management techniques and determining different ways to apply them on the job. Participants will assess their personal deficiencies and learn how to stop procrastination and other time wasters and learn how managing stress is essential for managing time. They will also learn different tips on how to be effective when working remotely.
