The MCE Seasonal Series is a 3x a year series of timely content that reflects changes in Leadership development. As with the seasons, the environment for Leadership growth is an evolving one that creates a reason for a leader to invest in the latest developmental training or to invigorate a specific set of skills.

This series works well together or modular. Each 'season' (Summer, Fall, Winter) offers 3 workshops, once a month. It is important to realize the relationship between the 3 workshops, however, those leaders requiring a specific discipline can target any number of MCE Seasonal Series offerings.

The MCE Seasonal Series are full-day, virtual workshops. All workshops are interactive, using smart technology to keep participants engaged with the facilitator and other participants. The result is improved retention of knowledge and practical application in your everyday life.


This course is intended to assist employees in understanding and dealing effectively with difficult and challenging behaviours. Participants are encouraged to understand that how they react to these types of behaviours and how it is important to separate the behaviour from the individual to develop a greater understanding of the actions of others. Participants will identify personal hot buttons and strategies to manage difficult behaviours in themselves and others.

  • Instructor-led videoconference PowerPoint presentation
  • Icebreaker to encourage team participation and enhance comfort level
  • Polls and surveys to promote engagement
  • Breakout room activities for group discussions
  • Simulation activity to apply learning in a real-life context


3-90 minute sessions + a 1-hour breakout activity. 1/2 hour breaks with a 1-hour lunch.
