Over the course of 10 days, participants will learn and apply the DMAIC improvement cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) to real-life examples. The first five days of the program are held consecutively where participants will learn the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and develop their projects. After the first five sessions are completed participants break for 6-8 week to provide project work time. After this, participants come back for the remaining five sessions. To complete the program, participants will need to complete their project and pass the final exam.
We work closely with our clients to ensure that we meet all your needs – this includes location. Courses can take place at our location within Mohawk College’s Stoney Creek campus or at any location of your choice. That means, if you’d like us to come to you – we will set up shop at your location of choice.
