Future Ready Leadership Signature Series: Wastewater

Primary tabs

Become a leader beyond the office.

The Future Ready Leadership program for Water and Wastewater Operators is designed to reflect leadership challenges and situations faced in this sector. Participants will understand the leadership behaviours and learn to demonstrate them in different scenarios. During this five-day program, participants will learn the key competencies necessary to fast-track their knowledge.  This will enable a seamless transition into a leadership role or the opportunity to enhance skills for an existing one.
