Participants will take part in our engaging and interactive course designed with different learning styles in mind. Through an instructor-led discussion, individual and group activities, and real-life scenarios, participants will leave confident with their new knowledge.

Once back in the workplace, participants will be able to refer back to their participant guide and reflect on what they learned.
