Acceleration is focused on providing Senior-Level leaders with the behaviours and interpersonal capabilities critical for developing the strategic and operational efficiencies that create a lasting leadership legacy throughout an organization.
Acceleration evolves into a series of advanced leadership training sessions that will help build upon and strengthen participants based on their 360 assessments and the results of their coaching session. The participants are given unlimited potential to build upon their competencies.
Leaders are encouraged to think incisively about their organization’s future. MCE Coaches believe that the participant has unlimited potential to build upon their competencies. The coach & participant work on the results of the individual assessments as the Instructional Designer develops the collective training & development sessions.
Each Acceleration training program is built from the ground-up. Training sessions are comprised of the common competencies derived from each participant’s MCE 360 and coaching outcomes. This collective of competencies distinguishes the uniqueness of each cohort.
The assessment reports will reveal competency strengths as well as areas requiring further development. After the participants have their one-on-one time with an MCE executive coach to identify strategies and set goals for personal and professional growth, a MCE Instructional Designer will review all the individual reports and develop a four-day training program based on the needs of the overall cohort, providing the opportunity for collective, customized learning.
