Our leadership portfolio consists of a Signature Series made up of our Future Ready Leadership (FRL) courses. These cohorts are designed for all levels of Leadership Development - from newly identified leaders to experienced leaders looking for skills refinement. Available as a stand-alone, customizable cohort for larger teams, FRL is also available as an 'Open Seat' - a cohort designed to bring together one or two participants from smaller organizations across a myriad of industries, to learn and share in the leadership experience.
MCE also offers a Seasonal Series of recurring themes that are continuously evolving in leadership roles. This is a timely series that assures participants that they are getting the latest in knowledge that can be immediately implemented in their leadership roles. The MCE Shorts Series are virtual, hour-long sessions that evolve the principles of micro-learning in a team environment. Designed around powerful topics such as Implicit Bias and Emotional Intelligence, the Short Series dives into topics that positively influence people and workplace cultures.
